What is the difficulty level of your expeditions?
Our expeditions are designed to be "moderate." This means they are enjoyable for anyone with basic physical fitness. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be comfortable walking on natural terrain. If you have any specific physical limitations, please contact us directly, and we will happily customize the pace of your tour.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Costa Rica is a tropical rainforest, and the rain is part of the adventure! However, your safety is our top priority. If conditions become extreme or unsafe for the activity, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your tour or process a refund according to our policies. Your well-being always comes first.
Is transportation included?
Yes. For every expedition, we offer pick-up from selected hotels in the Guanacaste province. When you book, we will ask for your location details to coordinate your pick-up point and ensure a smooth, on-time start to your day.
What is the group size?
We specialize in "boutique" experiences. Unlike mass-tourism operators, we guarantee small groups. This allows us to offer personalized attention, greater safety, and, most importantly, a much more authentic and intimate connection with nature.
How does the booking process work since you are 100% online?
Because we operate digitally, our process is efficient and direct. Once you make your booking, we will send you all the logistics, the exact meeting point, and your guide's details via WhatsApp or email. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions before, during, and after your expedition.
What should I bring for the tour?
We recommend quick-drying comfortable clothing, shoes with excellent grip (please avoid sandals), biodegradable sunscreen, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle. And don't forget your camera! We will send you a complete packing list once your booking is confirmed.
